Twisty Tree Dyes is a small, one woman operation so I do not accept returns. Please read the listing and size charts carefully so your item fits properly. If you have an issue with your order, contact me within 72 hours of delivery to request an exchange. All exchanges are subject to inspection and are at my discretion. Please note,  all shipping costs associated with exchanges are your responsibility. Please email me with “Exchange Request” in the subject line of your email, and let me know how I can help. Custom or Sale Items:

All items bought at a discounted price are final (no refunds, returns or exchanges).

Damages:
